Here are a few details about the trip THIS Friday and Saturday. This is an overnight trip.
The Cadets will leave on Friday morning at 6am. The classroom will open at 5 am. All cadets must arrive no later than 5:30am. The Unit will return to Lassiter ± 2am Sunday morning. (Please make a note that this is a guesstimate).
All meals are provided. Cadets only need money if we have time to stop at the base exchange.
Uniforms are to be turned in now if not done so already.
Chaperones are Mike Huff, Todd Ripple, Margaret Laettner and Dawn Rothkin. Contacts: 1Sgt Cox 404-952-0882, Captain Wilkerson 770-597-5524 or Dawn Rothkin 404-538-8637.
This trip is $140 and funds need to be in the Cadets account by this point.
Male/female do not sit together on the bus. Any medication should be given to the chaperones and/or 1st Sgt and Captain. It needs to be logged in to a book. All Cobb County school rules apply. Electronics are allowed on the bus but will be collected prior to departing the bus.
Again, this is an over night trip, so please make sure your Cadets bring with them any personal items they would need. As a reminder Cadets during the competition will not have access to their cell phones and will contact their ride prior to arriving back to campus. If you could do your best to be to school at that time, we would greatly appreciate it. Please yield to your Cadet's phone call more so than the estimated time.
